Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities, coordinate with vendors, ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging supplies, and maintain cost-effective procurement operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build reliable vendor relationships while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Purchase Management: Handle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements.
• Cost Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Purchase Orders: Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and other procurement documentation.
• Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure adequate stock availability and avoid shortages.
• Order Tracking: Monitor purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Quality Assurance: Coordinate with internal teams and vend
