Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates across multiple departments.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking tools, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Maintain strong communication with applicants throughout the hiring journey, ensuring clarity, transparency, and a positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements, define role expectations, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and documentation to ensure efficient hiring operations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer discussions,



and onboarding processes.
• Build and strengthen Maayasthra by representing the organisation’s culture, values, and growth opportunities professionally.

Key Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition, preferably in creative, technology, or agency environments.
• Robust understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to assess both technical competencies and cultural fit.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining hiring quality and timelines.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, empathetic, and people-focused, with a passion for building
