About the CompanyHIM Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. operates in the manufacturing sector, specializing in sheet metal components and tractor parts. We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Mechanical Engineer to support our Production and Research & Development (R&D;) activities.
Job Responsibilities• Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Assist in production planning, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
• Understand engineering drawings, specifications,



and manufacturing processes.
• Work with sheet metal components, tractor parts, and related manufacturing operations.
• Support quality control activities and ensure products meet defined quality standards.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D; teams.
• Assist in new product development, product trials, and process validation.
• Maintain production reports, process documentation, and other technical records.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company quality standards.

Required Skills• Good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and tractor components.
• Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD sof
