Job Role: Skills Required:  Provide International client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail,



Phone and Remote support  Able to do Software Installation Remotely at customer PC  Remote Troubleshooting of the customer queries  Handling the technical query phone calls  Conducting Product / Application online training for our customers  Responsible for taking Inbound Calls of Potential customers  Able to provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries  Communicate fluently in English (Both written and verbal- Compulsory)  Understanding of UK accent an added advantage.  Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships  Excellent ability to communicate and work in a team  Desire for a long-term career move  Ability to stay up-to-date with latest technology  Ready to work in UK shift timings  Alternate Saturdays off Salary Package: Depends on skills, expertise and knowledge *If we find an extraordinarily skilled candidate we could raise the salary bar accordingly.
