Job Description: Head of Department – Cardio

1Role Overview – Cardio Division (India)
Position: Sales & Marketing Head – Cardio Division
Responsible for driving overall business operations for the Cardio Division across India from Ahmedabad, including strategic planning, sales and marketing leadership, distribution management, and team development. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing market share, strengthening brand presence, expanding market reach, and ensuring effective coordination between Head Office, regional teams, and channel partners.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic & Business Leadership
• Prepare annual business plans and sales strategies for the Cardio Division across India.
• Manage budgeting, sales forecasting, and P&L; performance.
• Drive business growth, market expansion, and brand development initiatives.
• Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve market share.

B. Sales & Business Development




• Lead pan-India sales operations and drive achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
• Identify recent business opportunities and expand the Cardio Division's presence across India.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and implement effective counter-strategies.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key cardiologists, physicians, hospitals, and channel partners.
• Review regional and territory-wise sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.

C. Marketing & Product Promotion
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Cardio Division across India.
• Plan product launches, CMEs, conferences, seminars, doctor engagement programs, and promotional activities.
• Strengthen brand visibility, product positioning, and prescription generation.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional inputs and effective product communication.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiativ
