Role: Virtual Operations Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Virtual Operations Executive to support our core operations, client coordination, and event administration remotely. Operating in a structured 6-hour shift, you will serve as an operational anchor—managing backend task execution, participant engagement, internal website/LMS updates, and design formatting.
Key Responsibilities• Client Communication & Onboarding: Conduct structured welcome calls for new clients, address routine service inquiries, execute preliminary client negotiations per established policies, and maintain interaction logs on Microsoft Teams and internal portals.
• Seminar & Event Support: Coordinate digital seminar setups via Microsoft Teams, welcome live session callers and attendees, manage check-in registers, and oversee post-event communications and resource distribution.
• Operational & Visual Administration: Format, proofread, and organize academic test papers, assignment sheets,



and learning resources using Microsoft Word and Excel. Update materials on internal websites and in-house LMS capabilities, and create/edit operational visual assets using Canva.

Schedule & Compensation• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
• Shift Schedule: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM IST (Fixed 6-hour daily login)
• Workplace Model: 100% Remote (Work from home)
• Monthly Remuneration: Up to ₹12,000 / month
• (Fixed Base Pay: ₹9,000/month + Performance Incentive: Up to ₹3,000/month based on operational accuracy, event support metrics, and client onboarding milestones)

Professional Requirements• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Canva.
• Comfort working with in-house LMS platforms and internal website administration tools.
