Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in the Mohali district.



The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance reviews, and supporting workforce planning in alignment with business goals. The role involves handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to nurture a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will also manage HR documentation, compliance with applicable labor laws, coordination with leadership on organizational development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support talent development and retention.
