Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Social Media Manager will plan and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, aligning content with client goals and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, managing content calendars, optimising profiles and pages, and engaging with audiences through comments, messages, and community interactions. The role involves collaborating with designers, writers,



and performance marketers to produce high-quality content, as well as tracking and analysing performance metrics to refine campaigns. The Social Media Manager will also stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices to recommend new ideas and formats that drive results.

Qualifications:
• Robust skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO), including platform management, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy tailored to diverse brands, audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Excellent Writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and social campaigns.
