Role Description The Director Advertising Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of ad operations across the organization. This role oversees campaign setup, trafficking, delivery, pacing, and performance, ensuring accurate implementation of targeting, tracking, and creative assets across mobile and other digital channels. The director will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product,



and publisher teams to design scalable processes, improve inventory yield, and support revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing ad operations workflows, mentoring and developing the operations team, establishing best practices and KPIs, and using analytics to drive continuous optimization and operational efficiency. The role also involves identifying opportunities for automation, coordinating with technical teams on platform enhancements, and maintaining strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and supply partners.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Advertising Operations, including campaign trafficking, optimization, reporting, and workflow design.
• Hands-on experience in Advertising and Mobile Advertising, with familiarity across major ad platforms, exchanges, and measurement tools.
