About the roleYou will own how The Holly Tree looks, feels and talks to its customers, on every touchpoint from the Amazon listing to the Instagram reel to the box on the doorstep.
This is a strategy-to-execution role. You set brand and creative direction, turn it into campaigns and content, and build the team and systems that keep producing it.
You are also accountable for results: knowing which creative works, testing to find out, and doing more of what wins. Within six months, you will have built a content engine that runs on clear systems, not on any one person.
