We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing activities across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, audiences, and key metrics.
• Analyze campaign data and provide performance insights.
• Manage and monitor clients' social media accounts.
• Monitor leads and coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality.
• Prepare campaign reports and maintain marketing documentation.
• Coordinate with clients,



creative teams, and internal teams.
• Manage ad account, billing, access, and policy-related requirements.

Requirements• 2–3 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
• Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and GA4.
• Good understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
