Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Chennai. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing staff,



setting performance goals, and ensuring service quality for students and families. The role involves supervising counseling activities, monitoring application and visa processing workflows, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. The Branch Manager will drive business development through local outreach, partnerships, and marketing initiatives, while tracking branch performance and reporting to senior management. This role also includes coaching and mentoring team members, resolving escalated student or parent issues, and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused environment.
