ROLE : Influencer Marketing Executive (Client Servicing)
EXPERIENCE : 1 Year
LOCATION : Mumbai
Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Influencer Marketing professional to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns across multiple categories and platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong campaign execution skills, excellent creator relationships, and experience handling client requirements in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into effective influencer strategies and recommendations.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution and delivery.
• Manage influencer negotiations, commercial discussions, content approvals, and campaign timelines.
• Ensure adherence to campaign briefs,
deliverables, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
• Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends, creator performance, and platform updates to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain campaign documentation, influencer databases, trackers, and operational processes.
• Support client meetings, campaign presentations, and strategic recommendations when required.
• Ensure seamless coordination between clients, creators, and internal stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms, campaign execution, and creator ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
