Role Description This is a 3 to 6 Months Internship, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Indore. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new team members. Responsibilities also include helping implement HR policies, supporting employee engagement activities, and assisting with documentation related to employee perks and compliance. The role involves working closely with the HR team,



responding to employee queries, and contributing to HR reports and data management. The intern is expected to be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about HR practices within an insurance broking environment.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Office tools and comfort working with HR data and documentation.
• Candidates should possess or be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
