The role

You will carry your own caseload of up to 30 clients and stay with them, not hand over a PDF and disappear. Most arrive having already tried something extreme that failed.

Our philosophy: no crash diets, no boiled-chicken templates, no banning rice. You build plans people can follow for a year, around the food their family already cooks.

What you will do

• Own up to 30 active clients: plan, review weekly, adjust as their life changes
• Handle clinical cases: PCOS, thyroid, insulin resistance, Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol
• Work around medications and their timing, and flag anything that belongs with a doctor
• Plan for real life: vegetarian, non-veg, Jain, eating out, travel, festivals
• Work with the training team so nutrition and programming pull in the same direction

Non-negotiables

• Evidence-based. No detoxes, no fear-mongering, no supplement pushing.
• You know your scope. A nutritionist supports medical treatment; they never adjust a prescription.
• You write to be understood. A client should know exactly what to eat tomorrow morning.

Requirements

• ✓Degree in Nutrition / Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition, mandatory and verified. Diplomas and short certifications alone will not qualify.
• ✓2+ years building plans for real clients, not just academic case studies
• ✓Confident with PCOS, thyroid and diabetes cases, and able to say when something needs a doctor
• ✓Understands how common medications (metformin, levothyroxine, statins) interact with food and timing
