We are looking for a Service Engineer for 3d printing division and find the JD below:

JD:

• Solid Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues in 3D printing systems.
• Hands-on Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer support for industrial equipment.
• Technical Support capabilities, with the ability to guide users, interpret error logs, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Maintenance & Repair skills for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on 3D printers and related peripherals.
• Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers and internal teams, including service reporting and documentation.




• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Basic understanding of 3D printing technologies, CAD/CAM concepts, and industrial safety practices is highly beneficial.
• Ability to travel for on-site service, manage time efficiently, and work independently in fast-paced customer environments.
