About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager / Group Manager Operations to lead large-scale business operations and drive operational excellence across global teams.
The role will be responsible for end-to-end operations management, P&L; performance, strategic planning, productivity, workforce management, client governance, process transformation and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large teams and working with global stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Operations Leadership
• Lead end-to-end business operations and develop strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational and business objectives.
• Drive operational scalability, process standardization and continuous improvement across teams and geographies.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives into actionable operational strategies.

P&L; & Business Performance





• Own and manage operational performance, including cost optimization, productivity and margin improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
• Drive business performance through effective planning, governance and execution.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop large, diverse teams through Managers and Team Leaders.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and develop future operational leaders.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Workforce & Productivity Management

• Partner with WFM teams on forecasting, capacity planning and staffing strategies.
• Drive productivity, utilization, shrinkage and absenteeism governance.
• Establish performance dashboards and review mechanisms to improve operational efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Lead Weekly, Monthl
