What will you be responsible for?
✨ Creating seamless guest journeys — from pre-arrival calls and personalized welcome arrangements to mid-stay follow-ups and smooth checkouts.
? Building meaningful guest relationships — responding to queries, resolving concerns, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards.
? Delivering exceptional villa experiences — coordinating with Operations and Procurement to ensure every home, amenity, and service is guest-ready.
? Curating memorable stays — recommending local experiences, assisting with travel arrangements, and identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience through personalized services and upselling.
? Managing the details that matter — maintaining guest records, coordinating ID documentation, managing security deposits, tracking damages, collecting feedback, and preparing operational reports.
? Working as one team — collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
Who would be a great fit?
Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of ownership, an eye for detail, and the ability to stay composed while managing multiple priorities. A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction is essential.
