We are looking for a smart, proactive, and experienced HR professional who can handle end-to-end HR activities independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment & hiring
• Employee onboarding & exit formalities
• Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
• Employee relations & grievance handling
• HR policies, documentation & compliance
• Performance management & appraisals
• Training & employee engagement
• Maintaining employee records & HR reports
• Supporting management in all HR-related matters

Requirements:




• 1 - 3 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of complete HR processes
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently
• Good knowledge of MS Office / HRMS

Job Details:
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full time on site
Salary: 3 to 4 LPA
