Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a full-time, remote position responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring talent across Granimals’ global operations.



Day-to-day activities include managing full-life cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting selection decisions. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create explicit job descriptions, and maintain structured and fair assessment processes. The role also involves developing and promoting employer branding initiatives, nurturing candidate relationships, and maintaining accurate talent pipeline data. This position requires consistent collaboration across teams, timely communication with candidates, and adherence to non-discriminatory, inclusive hiring practices.
