Objective
To lead and drive overall sales growth by developing strategic sales plans, expanding OEM and distribution networks, strengthening key customer relationships, and managing a team of 15–20 sales professionals to achieve revenue, profitability, and collection targets across corporate, B2B, and government segments.

Job Title – Zonal Manager
Location - Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities




· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
· Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets, forecasts, and collection plans.
· Lead and manage a team of 15–20 sales personnel, including Area Managers.
· Set sales targets, territories, and performance expectations.
· Drive OEM, distribution, dealer, B2B, corporate, and government sales.
· Develop new markets, territories, dealer networks, and business opportunities.
· Build relationships with PMCs, consultants, MEP consultants, OEMs, and key clients.
· Manage key accounts, sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
· Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
· Monitor sales performance, revenue generation, and collection targets.
· Train and guide sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
· Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Control sale
