Role Description The Operation Customer Care Executive will manage day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries, complaints, and service requests. This full time, on-site role in Gandhinagar involves handling customer communication across channels, maintaining service records, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and supporting sales and operations with customer-related information.



The individual will monitor customer satisfaction, suggest improvements to processes, and help implement service standards that reflect CuatroLabs’ premium brand values. The role also includes tracking and reporting key customer service metrics and contributing to a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
