Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent verbal and written communication skills who can confidently handle customers across voice and digital channels. The ideal candidate should be very good at speaking, highly proficient in chat support, and comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp, email, website chat, social media, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries and provide timely, accurate, and professional resolutions.
• Manage customer interactions through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website/live chat, and social media channels.
• Respond to customer queries related to products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, refunds, and other concerns.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-first approach across all interactions.




• Handle multiple chats and customer requests simultaneously while maintaining response quality.
• Follow up with customers regarding unresolved queries, orders, deliveries, and complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to resolve customer issues.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with the relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints and resolutions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Ensure customers receive a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.
• Meet defined response-time, resolution-time, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Chat Support / Voice Support.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
