Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Intern to support our business development and client acquisition activities. The role involves lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, negotiation, and supporting deal closures.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Generate and research potential leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, calls, emails, and other channels.
• Connect with prospects, understand their requirements, and communicate Marcamor's services.
• Build relationships with prospects and manage regular follow-ups.
• Participate in client meetings, sales discussions, and assist with proposals and negotiations.
• Support the team in converting qualified leads into clients and closing deals.




• Maintain lead information and provide regular updates on business development activities.

Required Skills
• Basic understanding of Business Development concepts and Business communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and business development.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Confident, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to interact with clients.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
