Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – B2B School Sales to drive school acquisition, regional revenue growth, and team performance. The role involves building strategic partnerships with schools, managing existing accounts, developing channel partnerships, and ensuring successful implementation of Infinity Learn’s educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & School Acquisition
• Drive regional business growth and achieve school acquisition and revenue targets.
• Identify prospective schools and develop strategic account plans.
• Build relationships with school promoters, principals, directors,



and academic heads.
• Present and demonstrate educational programs, curriculum solutions, and learning platforms.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close school partnership agreements.

2. Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 members.
• Set targets and monitor team productivity, sales pipelines, conversions, and revenue.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support team members in achieving targets.
• Guide the team in lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.

3. Account Management & Business Growth
• Manage relationships with existing partner schools and drive renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across grades and programs.
• Improve customer engagement, retention, and overall account growth.
• Act as the senior point of contact for key school partners.
