Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in the US market.
• Promote and pitch products or services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain robust customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in the CRM system.
• Deliver a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and listening skills.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.




• A confident, enthusiastic, and sales-oriented personality.
• A target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in an international BPO or voice process will be an added advantage.
