Maximum Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month for highly experienced and deserving candidates

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Manager / Team Lead who can drive business growth while managing and guiding the business development team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, converting leads, achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, and ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong sales knowledge along with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
• Generate and convert new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Monitor lead follow-ups and conversion rates.
• Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential partnerships.

Team Management
• Lead, guide, and motivate the Business Development/Sales team.
• Allocate leads and responsibilities among team members.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team.
• Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback and guidance.
• Support team members in handling difficult leads and closing opportunities.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective measures.
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and consistent follow-up within the team.
