Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Calicut and covers Customer Experience responsibilities for Manager (Calicut) and Executive (Thrissur) positions. The Customer Experience professional will oversee end-to-end customer interactions, ensuring a high-quality experience from initial inquiry through post-service support. Daily tasks include handling customer queries, managing feedback and complaints,



coordinating with sales, service, and back-office teams, and monitoring customer satisfaction metrics. The role involves analyzing customer touchpoints, proposing improvements, and implementing initiatives to enhance overall service standards. The individual will also prepare regular reports, support customer engagement activities, and maintain consistent communication to strengthen long-term customer relationships.
