Job Description

The Accounting Manager serves as the accounting lead for Neology PSquare-India, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, supervising accounting staff, managing month-end close activities, and supporting financial reporting requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring an experienced accounting professional who can quickly assume responsibility with minimal onboarding.

A key objective of this role is to strengthen the company internal accounting capabilities, and improve accounting processes. The position works closely with the U.S. Corporate Accounting, management, external advisors, and operational teams while maintaining internal ownership of accounting activities, documentation, and reporting support.



The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Professional Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices and working knowledge of U.S. GAAP; exposure to multinational reporting environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply them to complex transactions, reconciliations, revenue recognition, financial analysis, and accounting classifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.
