Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Industry Ready Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients and institutional partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting the academy’s programs and services, and preparing proposals tailored to client needs.



The Business Development Executive will also manage existing accounts, follow up on inquiries, maintain an updated sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The position requires consistent reporting on performance metrics and market feedback to support strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong understanding of Business fundamentals, including sales processes, negotiation, and relationship building.
