Bhuvaneswari Tex is looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Manager in garment manufacturing field to oversee HR operations, statutory compliance, employee welfare, and labour-related requirements across our garment manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory requirements.
• Handle social compliance audits, inspections, and documentation.
• Oversee employee welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR & Compliance, preferably in the garment industry.
• Solid knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, factory regulations, and HR practices.
• Experience handling social compliance audits and buyer requirements will be an advantage.
