Role Description The Performance Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and other paid media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, managing campaign budgets, tracking performance metrics, and preparing analytical reports with clear recommendations. The individual will collaborate with sales, content,



and design teams to improve conversion funnels, support lead generation efforts, and ensure alignment between campaign strategy and business goals. The role also includes continuous testing of creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROI and drive consistent campaign growth.
Qualifications

• Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, collaborate with internal teams, and respond to feedback professionally.
