We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and organization-focused Organizational Design Specialist to support the development of effective organizational structures, operating models, workforce strategies, and role architectures that enable business growth, operational efficiency, and organizational transformation.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, Human Resources, Strategy, Finance, and business leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, design fit-for-purpose structures, clarify roles and accountabilities, and support organizational change initiatives.
The ideal candidate should combine strong organizational design expertise with business acumen, analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and a practical understanding of how people, processes, technology, and organizational structures work together.
? Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement organizational structures aligned with corporate strategy, business objectives,



and operating requirements.
• Conduct organizational effectiveness and organizational design assessments to identify structural inefficiencies, duplication, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop target operating models, organizational structures, reporting lines, spans of control, layers, and governance arrangements.
• Assess organizational capabilities and workforce requirements needed to support current and future business strategies.
• Review roles, responsibilities, decision rights, accountabilities, and organizational interfaces across business functions.
• Develop and maintain organization charts, role architectures, job families, career structures, and position frameworks.
• Conduct spans-and-layers analysis and recommend appropriate organizational structures and management ratios.
