Requirements

Key areas of accountability/responsibility:

• To support in implementing Envalior SHEQEn policy at site
• To participate & support in closure of HR & Admin function SHE Vigor Index including Security, Housekeeping contractors




• To support site Management/ HR to maintain high level of Employee engagement at Site through various Engagement events and initiatives
• Ensure timely training for people at site by ensuring training plan and timely adherence and maintaining training records including Feedback and evaluation records
• Coordinating & maintaining documents as per ISO standards /IATF related documentation at site
• Coordinate for Attendance management for the site
• To support in Entry to Exit process at the site, like Joining and orientation, Confirmation, Transfer protocols, filing etc
• Focal point for front office, admin & communication related services,
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at site
• Maintain the office housekeeping, discipline, time attendance and compliance of house rules
• To handle internal as well as external communication with employees & customers
• Perform Admin related GRN and invoice management for site
• Vendor development & Management for admin services
