Role Description This is a full time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend services that power Setlmint’s AI-driven financial transaction platform. Responsibilities include implementing scalable APIs, integrating with third-party accounting and banking systems, optimizing application performance, and ensuring reliability and security of services.



The role involves collaborating with product managers and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and participating in testing and deployment activities. The Software Engineer will also contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of development practices and tools.

Qualifications
• Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in software development and programming, with experience in at least one modern language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go, or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• 2 yr bond is non negotiable
• Work hours are Mon to Sat 9:30 to 7:30
