Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a ZOHO CRM Expert. The role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining ZOHO CRM to support the consultancy’s student lifecycle, from inquiries and applications to admissions and post-arrival follow-up. The ZOHO CRM Expert will create and manage workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reports to improve team productivity and data visibility. Daily tasks include data cleaning and migration,



user setup and permissions, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with counseling, admissions, and marketing teams to align CRM processes with business needs. The individual will also train team members on ZOHO CRM best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in ZOHO CRM, including customization, automation, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience in CRM administration, data management, and basic database concepts, with attention to data accuracy and security.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into productive CRM solutions for counseling, admissions, and marketing operations.
• Proficiency in working with APIs or third-party tools to connect ZOHO CRM with marketing, communication, or analytics platforms.
