Role Description The Technical Service Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi,



supporting customers and internal teams with technical expertise across MacDermid Alpha’s electronic materials and chemistries. The person in this position provides hands-on technical support to manufacturing partners, including process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting of product performance issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing process data, conducting root cause investigations, running trials, and preparing clear technical reports and recommendations. The Technical Service Engineer collaborates with sales, R&D;, and global technical teams to support product qualifications, customer trainings, and implementation of new technologies. This role also involves regular customer visits, documentation of service activities, and adherence to safety and quality standards within customer facilities and laboratories.
