About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can think beyond simply posting content and running campaigns. This is a 360° marketing role for someone who understands how brand strategy, content, social media, digital campaigns, creative communication, performance marketing and analytics work together to build a strong brand. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s digital direction, developing marketing strategies and driving the social media team to translate those strategies into effective campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute 360° digital marketing and brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
● Build and strengthen the overall brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice and digital identity.
● Develop monthly, quarterly and campaign-specific marketing and content strategies.
● Lead and guide the social media team, ensuring content is strategic, relevant, consistent and aligned with the brand.
● Plan campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google and other relevant digital platforms.




● Identify content pillars, campaign concepts, trends and opportunities that can increase brand visibility and engagement.
● Work closely with designers, video editors, content creators and other creative resources to translate strategies into strong communication.
● Develop campaign briefs and provide explicit creative direction to the team.
● Understand and contribute to SEO, SEM, paid media, social media advertising, email marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
● Monitor campaign and social media performance using data and analytics.
● Track KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic, leads, conversions and ROI.
● Conduct competitor, audience and market research to identify opportunities for the brand.
● Stay updated with digital trends, platform changes, AI tools and emerging marketing technologies.
