Data Engineer
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in data processing, SQL, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, transforming, and analyzing data to support business requirements, improve data quality, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets to support business and operational requirements.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows to ensure accurate and reliable data processing.
• Identify data quality issues, investigate discrepancies, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights and trends.
• Monitor data processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.




• Document data workflows, processes, and technical specifications.

Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and query optimization.
• Experience with data cleaning, data transformation, and data validation techniques.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development.
• Knowledge of Python or another programming language for data processing is preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
