Purpose and Scope:

• Lead the Oncology Business Unit in India with full P&L; accountability. Convert commercial strategy into plans that deliver revenue, successful launches, and customer and patient value
• Partner with Pricing and Market Access to demonstrate value and expand access.
• Build a capable, engaged, high-performing team.





Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Strategy, Planning, and Financial Management
• Approve annual Oncology brand plans aligned with global strategy, market insights, forecasts, and share objectives.
• Agree sales and market-share targets with the General Manager and monitor delivery.
• Align therapeutic-area plans with the country Strategic Plan.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, expense control, and sales delivery.

Commercial Execution and Performance
• Set sales strategies aligned with brand priorities.
• Convert marketing strategy into focused execution plans.
• Anticipate market changes and prepare contingencies.
• Approve campaigns and track customer satisfaction, spend, resource mix, and sales-force effectiveness.
• Adjust strategy and tactics based on performance.
