Role Description The Payment Posting Executive is responsible for accurately posting payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts and payer ledgers within the practice management system. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing electronic remittance advice (ERA) and explanation of advantages (EOB), reconciling posted amounts with bank deposits,



and ensuring proper allocation of payments to the correct accounts and services. The role also involves investigating discrepancies, coordinating with billing and collections teams, and following internal controls and compliance guidelines. The Payment Posting Executive will maintain detailed records, generate periodic reports, and support month-end reconciliation activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional RCM teams.
