RIK Industries Private Limited manufactures and sells furniture under the brand About Space, one of the top-ranked furniture sellers on Amazon India. We are growing quick and are looking for a Dispatch Manager to own our outbound operations from finished goods to delivery.

Key responsibilities
• Plan and execute daily dispatches for Amazon Seller (FBA) and Vendor (PO and Direct Fulfilment) orders
• Book and manage Amazon fulfilment centre appointments, and ensure vehicles reach on time
• Arrange vehicles, negotiate rates with transporters and control freight cost
• Supervise picking, packing, labelling and loading to Amazon compliance standards
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents: invoices, e-way bills, shipment labels and PODs
• Coordinate with production and stores so stock is ready against PO deadlines
• Track every shipment until unloading, and resolve shortages, damages and rejections




• Maintain the dispatch tracker and share daily stock and dispatch reports with management
• Lead and train the dispatch and loading team, and maintain safety and order in the dispatch area

Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline; a logistics or supply chain qualification is a plus
• 5–8 years of dispatch or logistics experience, preferably in furniture, bulky goods or e-commerce
• Working knowledge of Amazon inbound processes (FBA shipments, Vendor Central POs, appointments)
• Good knowledge of GST invoicing and e-way bills
• Strong in Excel / Google Sheets and daily reporting
• Experience handling transporters and a team of loaders and packers
• Fluent in Tamil; working English and Hindi preferred
