Check every document against source records: names, DIN/DPIN, capital, share counts, dates, signatories and attachments.
•Review 100% of high-risk filings (FEMA reporting, allotments, charges) and a defined sample of routine filings.
•Hold FEMA filings to their clocks: FC-GPR within 30 days of allotment, FC-TRS within 60 days, ECB-2 within 7 working days of month-end, FLA by 15 July, APR by 31 December.
•Maintain the error log, tagging each error by team, form and root cause.
