Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional with 9–10 years of relevant experience in managing Supply Chain operations. The candidate should have solid stakeholder management, SAP HANA, SLA/KPI, and process transformation experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support end-to-end Supply Chain operations and ensure smooth process execution.
• Coordinate with customers and internal client stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure effective execution of Supply Chain processes in line with business requirements.
• Utilize SAP HANA for Supply Chain-related activities and process management.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.




• Participate in and contribute to Supply Chain transformation projects.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of Supply Chain-related issues.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
• Graduate / Postgraduate with 9–10 years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Strong Supply Chain Management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust Customer & Stakeholder Management skills.
• Good working knowledge of SAP HANA.
• Strong understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience in 1–2 Supply Chain Transformation Projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Willingness to work in any shift as per business requirements.
• Willingness to work from office on all working days.
