Job Description:

1. Financial Planning & Reporting:
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to the management team.
• Present monthly and annual reports on financial performance.

2. Automation & Process Management:
• Lead the automation of accounting systems and processes for efficiency.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including receivables, payables, and cash flow management.

3. Compliance & Controls:
• Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP/Ind AS and tax regulations.
• Implement strong internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

4. Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor the finance & accounts team.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve profitability.

Desired Skills:·

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com); MBA Finance
• Experience: 10+ years in finance & accounts roles, preferably in logistics or transportation.·
• Skills: Expertise in accounting software, financial automation, and robust analytical abilities.
