rProcess Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive IT support Engineer with robust hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, system administration, and technical support operations.
rProcess is Mysore based ITES & Engineering Design services company established over 15+ years and 2000+ employees.
Key Technical Requirements:
- Windows Server Administration: Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Server environments.
- Active Directory: Domain administration, user and group management, DNS, DHCP, and authentication troubleshooting.
- Group Policy (GPO): Configuration, deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Group Policies.
- Virtualization: Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, or equivalent virtualization platforms.
- Network Policy Server (NPS): Configuration and troubleshooting of RADIUS authentication, network access policies,
and Active Directory integration.
- Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, switching, and firewall fundamentals.
- IT Security: Knowledge of endpoint security, patch management, access controls, and system hardening.
- L2 Technical Support: Advanced troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of escalated technical issues.
