Someone who will be a foundational member of our Systems team and help build the technology infrastructure that powers everything we do. This is not an advisory role. We need someone who designs solutions, builds them, integrates them, and owns them end-to-end. The right candidate is a Salesforce expert and multi-system integrator who understands how enterprise systems connect, owns integration architecture across the full technology environment (not just Salesforce),

Responsibilities Platform Architecture & Salesforce Ownership
● Own end-to-end solution design and execution for the Salesforce platform, including data models, integration architecture, automation patterns, configuration, custom code, deployment, and maintenance.
● Make independent architectural decisions within established guardrails; collaborate with the internal architect on complex or cross-system decisions.
● Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC, SOQL, and SFDX-based deployments.
