Role Description: The Chief Revenue Officer is a role focused on driving revenue strategy and execution across the organization.
We’re looking for a revenue-driven leader to build and scale our sales engine, drive customer acquisition, forge strategic partnerships, and take Talverge to the global market. This is an prospect to build alongside the founders and shape the growth journey of an emerging AI product.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 5 years of directly relevant B2B Sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HRTech, TalentTech, or AI solutions
• Proven track record of closing deals, building pipelines, and driving revenue growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and a global growth outlook
Location: Bengaluru (remote work possible during the initial few weeks, if required).
Compensation: A performance-oriented mix of fixed and variable cash, equity, and deal-closure commissions.
