Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager (L2) to join our team. In this role, you will lead multiple sales teams, including Associates, Senior Associates, and L1 Managers. You will drive large-scale on-ground sales initiatives, oversee customer acquisition strategies, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets. You will play a key role in team leadership, territory planning, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and mentor Associates, Senior Associates, and L1 Managers.
• Drive team performance and ensure achievement of regional revenue targets.
• Plan and execute large-scale sales and outreach strategies.
• Monitor lead generation, funnel conversion, and closures across teams.




• Ensure strong customer engagement and relationship management.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide strategic inputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer success.
• Identify growth opportunities and scale operations across territories.

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• 5–8 years of experience in Sales (Ed-Tech preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience managing multiple sales teams.
• Experience handling team structures including Managers and Associates.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Languages Preferred
English and Hindi (mandatory).
