About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning & Development Executive / Specialist to join our team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about employee development, training, and creating engaging learning experiences.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in Learning & Development (L&D;), training, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee training and development programs.
• Coordinate with trainers, employees, managers, and internal stakeholders for training requirements.
• Schedule training sessions and ensure smooth coordination of training programs.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback forms, and other L&D; documentation.
• Assist in identifying training needs and gathering inputs from employees and business teams.




• Support the creation and preparation of training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Collect and analyze training feedback and prepare basic reports on training effectiveness.
• Maintain and update employee learning records and training databases.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction training programs for current employees.
• Assist in organizing workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and employee development initiatives.
• Support the implementation and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS), if applicable.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards related to training participation and completion.
• Work closely with the HR team on employee engagement and development initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging L&D; practices, learning tools, and training methodologies.
